Richardson Smith Gardner & Associates, Inc., (RSG), formerly G.N. Richardson & Associates, Inc., was founded in 1991 by Dr. Gregory N. Richardson, P.E. to provide specialty engineering and geological consulting services, focusing on solid, hazardous and industrial waste management. Since that time, RSG has grown to provide a compliment of services in the siting, design, permitting, and construction of solid waste facilities across the Nation.

RSG is an employee-owned North Carolina professional corporation, licensed to provide engineering and geological services across the eastern United States. We serve a variety of municipal, private, and industrial clients and provide technical assistance to the engineering community nationwide.
